  • If you want to experience some of the best sushi in the country, you must make your way to Nobu at the Hard Rock Las Vegas, or Nobu New York. Be prepared to spend $150+ per person. Rolls run about $49 per order. They have hot dishes and cold dishes. I kid you not when I say, every dish will be better than the next. If you have never been here, ask for the Chef's Special. They will bring an 8 course meal specially made by the Chef. This will cost you $150 per person before drinks and gratuity. If that's too steep, go for the piece by piece sushi. They run about $12+ each piece. The atmosphere is definitely who's who. Beautiful people everywhere, great music, dim but can be quite loud. Other than that, worth a visit and worth every penny.
