  • This is an overdue after my 2/28/17 review. As promised, I would write a follow up after moving into our new house. 4 months after signing the contract, the builder delivered our new home at the end of April 2017. During the moving from California, it was quite a chore to a new place after living in California for 37 years! With everything positioned logistically, my wife and I arrived in Las Vegas one week before the walk-through. With quite a lot of personal belongings that could be carried in our car, Shane specially assist us to get a temporary storage until moving in our new home; at the mean time, we connected frequently to discuss and socialize. Shane given us a lot of information of the area. He constantly call me up or text me to inquire how I was doing. Usually, most agents would just let you go as soon the sales is finalized. Shane carries a legendary service etiquette which is seldom experience nowadays. Shane is not only my agent, he is also a friend. He is involved to a lot of community events in the area; and is a family man, who spends quality time with his family. Shane, thank you very much for securing the new home for us.
