rev:text	I have given Dolce several tries, but I'm done. If you want to pay ridiculously high prices to be treated with a snotty, disinterested attitude, go for it. You walk in, and the check-in girls ooze disdain and coldness. The vibe is not welcoming at all, but more like, "are you here to pay for the privilege of breathing the same air we do?" The Groupon and Facebook deals are designed to get as many people in and out as possible, and it shows. Herding you in, herding you out. Decided to use my Groupon (or was it a Facebook deal? Can't remember) on a haircut since my regular stylist moved out of state. The first time I went, she made me wait 40 minutes because she was running behind. 40 minutes?? Are you serious? Tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, so I went back a second time. Again, waited and waited. After 30 minutes I went to the front desk and told them this is the 2nd time this has happened, and I'm done, and no, I don't wish to reschedule. The snotty girl behind the counter looked surprised, and she gave me a gift card. HOWEVER, the gift card was "$25 off a service $40 or more," not a straight up gift card. That bugs me--totally cheapened it. It's allllllwaaaaays about squeezing an extra buck out of you at this place. I never used it. Oh, and the haircut I did get wasn't great anyway. The lone star I'm giving it is only because nail tech Abby is wonderful. I would go to her on a regular basis, but it's a shame she is at Dolce. I won't give them my money anymore. I just got back from the nail place/spa across the street from my house (Martinee), and got a wonderful experience for half the price of Dolce.
