  • Ashley F. is Completely correct. If you want to get Screwed; Go to Auto Nation Fiat, I-17 and Bell Road.... If you DON'T want to get Screwed I'd advise you go to the Fiat Dealer on Elliot off the I-10 Freeway. Chuck Brewer is the only decent Person on the lot. FIRST they advertised 8,000 off MSRP. Every car I looked at I would ask Chuck, "So Chuck with $8,000 off the car would be this much?" YEP was Chuck's response... This went on for about 4-5 cars; when I finally found the Little Fiat of my Dreams...... Once at home; going over the paperwork I realized I didn't get 8,000 dollars off I only got 7,000... I called Chuck... Chuck was an agreement that... NO, I was supposed to get 8,000 off.... Called and Spoke to Steve Rogers... Everyday... only to get NO WHERE.... Then I spoke with Scott Valverde (or something sounding like this)... I guess he is the general manager...First Scott said I needed a coupon - That is why I did not get the 8,000 dollars off...- I told him... Every car I asked Chuck about... he told me how much it would be with 8,000 dollars off - Chuck didn't say "with a coupon." Then it was how come I signed the paperwork - not ONCE but TWICE??? (there was problems on the 1st set of paperwork). I told Scott and this is a learning experience for all of you: "I have never went and bought a car and re-added up the finance guys figures!!" And I have bought a lot of cars. NOW you guys know to ADD UP their figures. If someone tells me I get 8,000 dollars off MSRP as a Rebate; I expect them to be Honest and upfront with any rebates I have coming to me.... I live my life as doing the right thing for the right reason; and this dealership has done anything BUT. The 1,000 dollars I put down on the car, i stopped payment on this Check (I figured we would be even that way). Now I have been sent to collections; the collection agency calls me several times a day; every day; they call my work. They call my husband. THIS CAR Buying Expeirence has been a complete nightmare!!! I would NOT recommend this AutoNation Fiat Dealer; I-17 and Bell Road to ANYONE! I think its a shame and a Pity that such a good car salesmen works for such a Rotten Underhanded Dealer. I'd give them NO Stars if I could! Charlene M. Feno-Garcia
