This has got to be the best Ramen house I've been to so far. I'm from California's Bay Area and we have plenty ramen houses there but none compare to the broth and noodle ratio in terms of flavour, chewiness, seasoning...i can just go on.
The place is small so be prepared to wait but it's so worth it. I haven't had the fried rice so much so I can't speak for that but the ramen, the gyoza, the kaarage are all very very very good.
As far as I'm concerned, this place is worth the drive from San Jose.
