  • This is going to be a mix review. I went in to get a car mount kit for my phone. I checked the stock level and it said they had 10+ in Stock at the location. Knowing that they had stock I went to the highway 7 location. The price was good, but when I went in I couldn't find it at all. I stood around the area waiting for help. Stood there around 15 minutes and no greeting. Disappointed as it is, I finally went around looking for help. I asked if they had in Stock and he told me it was probably out of stock. I was furious about the comment. I told him the only stock said 10+ in Stock. He then went to look for it. It took him about 45 minutes. I couldn't believe I was still there waiting for it. If i wasn't off work I would have left, I had time to kill so I stayed and waited. Service is pretty terrible and stock replenishment on sales floor isn't good at all. Would I go back? I don't know probably won't if another store had it and I could price match it. If you want proper customer service not the place to be. This is my two cents about it
