  • Went again for a routine oil change - made an appointment. When I went in for service I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone even looked at me. Finally sat down to fill out the service order. I cannot understand why they do this by hand each time. I bought the truck here, why don't you have my information in the computer? After filling it all out the service rep says "it will be ready in about 2 and 1/2 hours" "I had an appointment" I replied. He shrugged his shoulders so I left. Every time I have been to this place for service there has been a gaff.
