  • Where do I begin? I've been working on my credit for the past year. My credit score was finally 630 so I felt comfortable enough to go in and look for something. I need a truck for work and a "friend", really just a customer that comes in to my work suggested his dealership. So I go in dropping his name and everyone keeps refering to him and mentioning his name in the negotiating process. Well that started to get suspicious. I went in there with my guard totally down cause I thought I wouldn't have to negotiate very much at all. Otherwise I consider myself a solid negotiator. Anyways so we get to finances. Now I gotta negotiate warranties and such. Even she starts dropping my "freinds" name.. So now I know that that's just a tactic to get people in there and take down their negotiating guard cause thats EXACTLY what it did to me.. Cause this freind assured me he'd get me the truck for what they owned it for and all this crap.. So although they were nice and I got a decent enough deal to make me want the truck, I still would not recommend this place, cause even with a great referal they're still gonna squeeze every penny out of you. So the moral of the story is DO NOT go in to this place with any kind of "referal" cause that'll actually just hurt you. Oh the story goes on.... So they send me home with an agreement. They just have to now get it all okayed with the bank. So I pay my hefty down payment as I leave. They say they'll call me when the truck and bank are ready. I get a call a few hours later, of course, saying they need this much down to make this happen or your payments are gonna be higher... WHAT?! Well I gotta give them credit for at least not letting me take the truck home first.. But with everything being done they thought I'd just say ok.. Well I didn't! I marched back in there and demanded my refund as rudely as I could and came home to write this review...
