  • Jim from Simple Electric came to my home to help troubleshoot a difficult electrical problem. There was power at the breaker, a new breaker, and yet I didn't have any power on the entire circuit. Jim diligently searched for the culprit, while explaining everything to me, and not once was Jim frustrated or rushed. After two hours, he found the issue (some poor handy man wiring) and clearly explained how to fix the problem, and he offered to correct the shoddy wiring. After a little over 4 hours, the wiring was fixed and I had a better understanding of my old home's wiring. The pricing was fair and I was more than happy to pay for the service. If I have any electrical issues in the future, I won't hesitate to use Simple Electric again.
