  • As a property manager I have dealt with many contractors. Executive Swimming Pools is more pricy than many other company's my clients value. They also continuously leave the pool in service mode, regardless of numerous complaints. One day when my clients went out of town, I discovered a generic invoice in there mailbox from Michael Clouse NOT Executive Swimming Pools. Since it seemed suspicious I waited for their return to discuss. Apparently, he replaced a pool part on behalf of Executive Swimming Pools. A pool part that is common to replace. So common I compared the exact same model to 2 other property's. When I saw how much he charged I was astonished! So I searched online to compare and sure enough he charged nearly $1,200 over the highest end of the average replacement cost in our area. I approached my clients who were also surprised to have been 'duped'. In the meantime another invoice appeared in the mailbox with the exact same information on it. Doesn't this guy know how to use stamps? No phone number on invoice but someone should advise him about this business practice of committing Federal Offenses by opening people's mailboxes. Bottomline, I hate when people take advantage of older adults. The checks been mailed and the review is now up. I hope this helps and convinces others to around shop.
