  • I purchased some remnants of artificial grass for around my pool equipment and a gap between my block retaining wall and my swimming pool cool deck. They helped me select the right size pieces that I cut up to fit around my hardscape. They also had the 40 penny nails used to hold it down. Lots of videos on their website that show how to do it yourself. They also do installation. Much like a painting project, its 90% preparation and 10% application. So if you are doing a big project then I would recommend you let them handle that sub-surface compacting, etc. I think that adds a nice pop of color without the need to water or mow or worry about real grass clippings ending up in the pool and raising phosphorus levels (which causes algae growth).
