  • Management and maintenance crew fantastic! I have lived here almost 6 months and would like to share an experience that took place this week. The air conditioning in my apartment started blowing warm air at 10 p.m. on Sunday night. I called the maintenance line and left a message expressing my concern with no air conditioning in the summer heat of AZ. I received a call back within 5 minutes. The emergency maintenance man said that the earliest he could get there was 7 a.m. because he wasn't able to check the air unit in the dark on the roof. He offered a hotel stay for the night, but I declined as I had family close. It turned out the air unit needed a new part and it would not arrive until the next day. The manager called me while I was at work the next morning and informed me of this. She apologized said I could stay in a suite they had on the property until it was fixed. She even offered to move my two cats into the suite since I was at work and it was going to be a hot day of 116 degrees. The issue has been resolved and I am so impressed with the way Club Cancun handled the situation. I have lived in several different apartment communities and this one is by far the best! I highly recommend Club Cancun!!
