  • AMAZING customer service and repairs. I got in a car accident, called them, and within 30 minutes a tow truck came. They told me if there were any issues, bring it back and they will take car of me. He was absolutely right - about 2 months later I had an issue with my hose that sprays windshield washer fluid. Called them, brought my car in, they ordered the parts, and fixed in a couple days later at no cost. EXTRA BONUS: Someone horribly scratched my car across my door (looks like someone keyed it or something). They even buffed and painted it a little bit while fixing my hose. It doesn't look 100% fixed (he told me it wouldn't) but he did it FOR FREE while I checked with my insurance to see it that was covered without a $500 deductible. I will always bring my car here. They aren't the best at updating you on the progress of your car.... but when I asked him about it he apologized and said, "I know, we aren't the best at communicating during the process. We focus so much on your repairs that we forget about the customer service part of the repairs. We are working on it." After he said that, I realized he's totally right. If you want your car taken care of, he's your man 100%.
