  • This was my second time at EscapeZone, trying out The Black Room. I had wanted to do this room for a long time now. The room was well planned, the puzzles were medium in terms of difficulty, but being in the dark definitely made them more challenging! The concept was good and the extra bit towards the end was a bonus. The service, however, left much to be wanted. Out of all the escape rooms I've been to, she was probably number 1 or 2 in worst customer service. Not only did she have an attitude, but was also rather unprofessional in using swear words when guiding us through the rest of the room. Each time we asked for a hint, she would come in take over the puzzles and solve it for us. I would return for the rooms, but would certainly hope not to get her as a game master again.
