  • I left an item there to consign. About a month later I called to check up on my item. When I asked her if she could let me know the status of my item, angrily she said to look at my agreement. I informed her that it was not in front of me and if she can provide info. She was so rude, she said she was busy and couldn't possibly look up info for every customer. I would have understood if she would have taken my name and number and called me at a more convenient time but instead she hung up on me. Never have I been treated so rudely or hung up on by a business. I suggest you take your nice items to consign elsewhere.
