  • Having come in person to talk to the owner who promised me an arrangement with lots of flowers, and seeing it at the funeral home looking pitifully lacking in even the usual Easter lilies of this season, she was unavailable even by telephone. She took the order but has not taken responsibility for the poor flowers and workmanship that was delivered to the funeral home in North York. My last words to her were "Make sure the flowers are fresh." If I had paid cash as she had insisted, I would be out almost $168 cash. I am glad that I paid with M/C with whom I have been in contact to dispute the charge of $188.70. The half sash did not hide the fact that there were so few flowers. Like a previous unsatisfied customer wrote that it looked like they took the sweepings from the floor and tucked them into the greenery. DO NOT, I say DO NOT attempt to order from this unscrupulous seller.
