Very poor customer service from a so called leader in the staff of zia. At the end of the hostile exchange. this person said it's "all good". well. It's not all good! when a customer is told that they can exchange a product or get a store credit if the product doesn't turn out to be what they wanted. that is what you should honor. instead this so called leader at zia arrogantly cut me off and was dismissive and rude. my questions were ignored by this so called leader. finally a manager was requested by me. the manager did his job well. the first cashier did his job well. the so called leader at zia he was openly hostile needs to be let go. this isn't the first time zia staff have been openly hostile. a young woman deliberately shot me hateful stares for no reason. something is wrong at this eastern avenue location. if you can't and won't treat customers like customers. that tells me you can't afford to be in business.
also...the policy of no bags in the store i find peculiar. considering women carry purses into the store with no problem. profiling customers is a bad move. it shows you cannot afford to do business. well ....enough said. I told the manager this time. we will no longer do business together. I can get my vinyl from so many vendors. zia.....bye.
