  • They wouldn't let me in until I finished my ice cream which was not a big deal, so I finished it and I was patiently waiting in line. As I was waiting, a drunk group of people were trying to get in, so they told them no which was a wise decision. However, the men who couldn't get in were mad, so they popped the red and green balloons. Security ran after them and told them that they were destroying property. Those people that they were running after assaulted me by stepping on my feet and making them bleed and pushing me out of the way because they were trying to run away from security. I had to beg security for a bandage and something to clean it with which they said what happens out here is not their responsibility, but they had no issue with running after people who were popping balloons claiming that it was their property. Also, me standing right next to their balloons outside was not considered in their eyes as me being on their property, but the balloons were considered their property. They finally gave me a bandage and a wipe to clean it. I will NEVER go back there and I think they didn't care that I was hurt from their actions because they were a male only security team. If you want to get assaulted and for security to allow it, then go here. I hope that this company will make adjustments because I am emotionally upset that they allowed men to step on my feet and push me out of the way because they were mad that they popped their balloons. I posted a picture of my foot of the incident and I showed security so they could see that I wasn't lying when I requested for a bandage and for something to clean it with.
