  • I love Starbucks and drink it regularly but walked in, washed my hands before ordering and we decided to leave and go to a different Starbucks. The smell was horrible with 5+ transient people sitting in there with no coffee in hand. The bathroom dirty. The building smelled like it was full of mold. Definitely, it was not a normal environment Starbucks portrays based on reading the owner's books. I had no confidence I would get a good coffee.
