An excellent home away from home.
This property is close to the Glendale Sports Complex, home of the University of Phoenix football stadium. I stayed here on a weekend when there was a major paintball event, a wrestling event and a womens spiritual event were all taking place at the same time. And everyone decided to stay at this property.
The staff was very gracious. Despite being understaffed for the weekend influx of all these diverse events, the staff was unflapable. This goes for the front desk and the gentleman handling the breakfast buffet. The rooms were generous in size. In fact, three big boys in one room with two twin beds and one fold out couch were very comfortable.
Paintballers are really a thrifty bunch of folks (unless we are sponsered) and initially the price of almost $160.00 a nite caught me off guard. Given the fact this is obviously a very brand new property and the free breakfast helped to keep our costs down a bit, this really a good value for the amenities.
I would reccomend this place to you cheap ass ballers on the road. Figure it out: 3 of you in a room comes to 55 each. Plus you can get your grub on before you mow some faces at the PSP event. Dig into your couch cushions and cash in your bottles. This place beats Super 8 any day.
