  • My complaint was hard starting.Their diagnosis was a bad fuel pump.It was installed for about $400 but didn't fix it.Further diagnosis said it wasn't the fuel pump after all but the fuel pressure regulator.This was installed for a further $200 and this fixed it.So I'm out $400 because of either carelessness or inexperience in the initial diagnosis.This was not a particularly difficult problem and should have been done right the first time.
