  • As far as customer service and care for our golden doodle "Charlee" we have no complaints whatsoever. Charlee is always happy to go for daycare or boarding and in fact starts getting excited before we even pull into the parking lot. The employees are always friendly and remember her name as we are checking in. I have never had a problem getting a real person on the phone, making or extending reservation, or any questions regarding the safety or treatment of our pet. Charlee loves it here because she knows they care about her. We would never consider boarding anywhere but here! The customer service and care is 5 stars...the come home bath I rate at 3 1/3 as it has not been the best in the recent past. I have elected to forego this service and give her a bath myself. It may be that we are just picky -- given their service and care for Charlee, this does not keep us from going back. Great place! I highly recommend it!
