  • The reviews were mixed but we went anyways because we were coming from a show and wanted to stay in the hotel. The ambience is perfect, lively and vibrant but able to have a conversation. Nice lighting and enough space between tables with privacy. The service was great, thanks Charles! Timing of everything came out as expected and the food was excellent. I've been to some nice steakhouses including Cut and this one measures up! We were not disappointed. If you are looking for high end comfort food, this is it.
