  • This place used to be really good. However, lately, they have really gone down hill. My family and I have been dealing with them for about 2 weeks trying to find my daughter's file that was supposed to have her fingerprints in and it was "lost". When brought to the General Managers attention he acted as if it was nothing and tried to UPSELL my family. Not only that but he also messed up on another family members finger prints and gave me an excuse about his "ridges" not being deep enough. Yet it looks as if he put too much ink and didn't care. My family members fingerprints were taken 6 MONTHS ago and we just got them. Never notified that he couldn't do them but yet prided himself on taking them because he was an ex cop. His words, not mine. When I went in for my grandmothers file, he wasn't even going to bring up my daughter's file that he "found" with no finger prints even though we were told they would be the ones taking them. When trying to figure it all out, he was very rude and asked why we didn't get the necklace made when my daughter passed away. Honestly, who plans on dropping $10k on a funeral for a 9 month old baby and can purchase a $300 fingerprint necklace on top of that. Brent (GM) and this staff have no compassion for the living or the dead. He has made that very clear when pushing all these issues under the rug and only wants to see how much $$ we will fork over to him. If my daughter was not laid to rest there, my whole family would be going to a different place to be laid to rest when time.
