  • Booked two nights. Stayed one and canceled the next night to stay elsewhere. Shower had mildew all over the shower head. I only noticed as this was apparently one of those no-hot water shower heads as I froze through my entire shower. Sink was also missing the hot water feature. The entire hotel is a maze, and logistical nightmare. No signs to direct you anywhere. Hotel is older, and it shows. Once I opened my door my hip was greeted by a sharp glass topped table 1' from the door and sticking into the walkway a few inches. Where can I post a pic of my bruise? Hotel was short staffed, had more people for parking than in the restaurant or front desk. People were great, especially since the bartender had to perform double duty in the restaurant. Breakfast was good, once I found out where it was-I ended up at a convention breakfast at first. Again, no directions, no signs. Hilton Honors breakfast coupons are for a cup of fruit only. My napkin was stained. Self Parking is hideous with the slowest elevator in existence. Again, not one single sign anywhere to direct you to Self Parking. Internet works, which is better than most Hiltons-albeit slowly. Good Verizon signals, Good AT&T signals, Poor T-Mobile signal with no 4G out there. FYI, the 'lobby' is on the 3rd floor. Comfortable bed and pillows at least. Very limited on outlets, so if your looking to plug in, expect to reach around a few items to access a plug. The 'restaurant' is just a bar with seating tables around it. $8.00 for 4 horrible tasting chicken wings if that helps you on pricing. Salad was decent. When I got back to the room from breakfast and working out, I noticed my toothpaste on my toothbrush on the sink now has a friend-a mosquito. There were two others nearby-dead. Apparently the spotlight over the sink is hot and bright, attracting then killing the prey, over the sink area. As the window was closed the entire time, I'm unsure how they got in there, but there they were, lifeless, one on my toothbrush. Overall, was probably a nice hotel-long ago. But no longer. I did not ask, but was given my 'resort' fee back. Again, people overall were very good.
