Well, I've been here 2 times. The staff at this office was good but got over charged twice, billing is out of state and would not give me any info about my visits. I had to call my insurance company to help me out with this. Then when they called and talked to them directly, we were told by Simon med that they wouldn't give us back any $$$ now. We have to call them back in 30 days to make sure that my insurance company paid them even thou the payment was already made. If I didn't catch this, I would have been paying them over $60 a month for the next 5 months to pay the bill that I shouldn't have to pay for. In other words, please make sure that you yourself calls your insurance company when your here so you don't have to go thru this. I felt like I was taken advantage of. Good luck if you have to deal with there billing office because it's not even in there office.
