  • Absolutely awful service. I recently came to this location to repair my broken screen on my iPhone. Although they did replace my screen, in the process they cut the wires to my home button, so it no longer has any function. When I asked how such a huge mistake could have been made, the manager had no insight whatsoever. Of course I explained that I should not need to pay the normal fee of $120 for such a failed repair, yet the manager refused to refund me or offer any sort of discount. thankfully I was able to dispute the charge on my credit card. If all that wasn't enough, the screen they gave me is barely functionally, constantly spazzing out my phone and ghost touching everywhere. The phone currently is almost impossible to use, so instead of getting a relatively cheap glass replacement, I am needing to get a new iPhone. If you are looking for an affordable iPhone repair, please avoid this place for your own sake!
