  • Best brunch in Vegas! Tableau is tucked away in the Wynn and the setting is gorgeous, I felt like I was in the french countryside. The service was attentive but not interruptive. You must have a mimosa (or 2), made with fresh squeezed orange juice and decent champagne. I ordered the omlette, with egg whites. My friend ordered the white chocolate orange french toast. This was by far the best french toast I have ever tasted. Too bad I can't eat more than a bite. For how great the food & experience was I was expecting to pay more than $60 - definitely worth it.
