  • Called to schedule the free quote, the phone operator said no problem and that I have to guaranty the estimator an hour of my time, and I agreed. The estimator was a half an hour late but was polite and apologized. The estimator knew his stuff but went on with his display for 2 hours and 10 minutes! A little over kill, as I just wanted a quote. He tried to get me to purchase more windows than I was asking for and said the price would be around the same for 4 windows as the 2 I was asking for so no real discount for purchasing 2. I asked him for the quote, he never gave me a strait answer or number, but said I needed to order them on the spot to get a "great deal". He then got extremely upset when I said I was not purchasing the windows that day, and got really pushy. I told him I always get 3 quotes. He abruptly grabbed his stuff and left, even when I was asking him to leave me a quote he did not. I called window nation asking them for my quote, I don't understand why they could not get me one when they said they would? They said they must have sent it to the wrong email? However they confirmed my appointment with my correct email? All in all they seem dishonest and never gave me an official quote. I held up my end of the bargain and gave them the hour they asked for and then some. If they were a company of their word they would have sent me the quote.
