I've been coming here for years. The new owners are very nice - but I'm tired of having to ask multiple times to take care of ingrowns. The older lady that does pedicures takes great pleasure in causing me pain and tickling me with the pumice. I even asked her to use the file instead and she ignored me. I have medical issues which make me ultra sensitive to certain sensations, and she laughs at me as I grimace and squeeze the arm of the pedicure chair because it tickles and hurts. This is not ok. Do you treat all people with sensitivities so cruelly? Also, why should I have to mention that when you're filing not to file my skin too and hurt me and to shape my nails to they don't grow in pointed and become painful in a few days ? I'm so over this place. My nails have bumps in the polish and look awful. I have to demand toe separators and I'm lucky to get a paper towel folded in half. My feet are always dry when I leave. What's the point of paying for a pedicure? You've been warned - please don't bothering going here. The lady couldn't get my flip flop on because it had twisted and she kept forcing my foot and hurting me - love what you do or change careers. Try somewhere that cares. It stinks because it just seems to be with her and it's too small of a place to say anything and not be overheard. So I'll let my money do the talking, and they won't ever get anymore of Mine again. Done paying to get hurt. Done. Update - the owners did try to call and make it right but I have no interest in ever stepping foot in there again.
