  • We came in at 9 am for a drop off and no one is in here. The one person is outside showing a car rental. You would think it would be best practice to have more than one person working today. The phone line is ringing like crazy. Second review: things don't change Worst experience ever! Called yesterday 5/29 at 5:30 and was on hold until someone picked up and hung up at 5:50. Called back immediately on hold until 5:59 and was hung up on again. Came today 5/30 at 5:25 pm to pick up my rental and waited 40 minutes before I was seen. Not once was I given a greeting. No, how are you? Or how's your day? Where ya headed? Not one greeting. I was asked for my id and credit card and that's pretty much all the communication. This location was not friendly at all. I would not come back again. They do not care about servicing and want you in and out.
