I have driven a new Mercedes every 3 years for many years and just recently began my search for another new car. I thought it might be time to switch things up so over the past few weeks I've looked at other models and then decided maybe I would stick with Mercedes. After going to this dealership over the weekend I will absolutely not purchase a car here. I looked around the lot and didn't see what I was looking for so I proceeded to walk in the front door, 3 sales people saw me walk in and 3 sales people scattered. I didn't see the car on the showroom floor I was looking for so I went back outside to look around again. Within seconds of walking outside I could see the salespeople gathering again inside. The only thing I might contribute this to was it was within 30 minutes of closing time and they wanted to go home. Bad thing for them is I simply wanted to ask if they could get a specific model for me in a specific color. Good for me because I refuse to give money to any business that treats customers this way for any reason.
