  • STOP RIGHT HERE, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! CNJ was the installer sent by AHS Home Warranty Co. The water heater was installed 11/22/2013. 360 days later it failed. AHS called the company to come out again. It was under the one year warranty so they "had to" get the call. There were a total of 6 service calls, 5 by CNJ, one by an independent electrician (as CNJ said it couldn't be them it had to be electrical problem, which it was not) and they finally replaced my unit (which was under warrenty all along). This company is disrespectful, will not listen to customers, their staff does not speek understandably, it takes them days to deliver on a service request, they blame other issues for not repairing the problem, and said they can not just replace an item under warranty. Per George, we don't replace them, we replace parts!! The whole nightmare lasted 6 weeks, I had to take days off of work to work around their availability, they didn't call back for days at a time. I even talked to the Master Plumber George, which had the same horrible behavior. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Neither will I allow the home warranty company to send them out. AHS share in much of the blame in this as they have their "rules" to follow, which are ridiculous too. 6 weeks without hot water??? REALLY??? Shouldn't there be a rule against that? Signed, DISGRUNTLED & NEVER AGAIN CNJ SERVICES!
