  • We were referred here by the emergency animal clinic on Glendale as we were told they have late hours and are incredible with animals. We had a little emergency that wasn't big enough for the EAC but not small enough to wait until morning and they saw us last minute. They were very kind and supportive. The vet tech was sweet and took my concerns as a new puppy owner seriously when previous vet techs had just written it off. The vet noticed within just seconds that our dog was having an intense allergic reaction when the vet we had seen earlier in the day at another clinic neglected to find this and called our dog a "drama queen". The vet at Alta Vista took interest in our dogs well being and took an extensive history to provide the best care he could. He likely saved our puppy's life and I am extremely grateful for the staff there. We will be permanently switching to this clinic for all of our pet needs.
