  • brought MacBook in since it died. very helpful and was able to get it done by end of day as daughter was leaving for out of town. in addition, both gentlemen were helpful and even helped clear up some files not necessary on the laptop that might be causing a slow down. this was after we already got it repaired. tim, i believe, was one of the gentlemen. very knowledgeable, willing to help. been here b4 a couple of times and very satisfied.
