I purchased a mattress for my eldest daughter at this location last year and had a very seamless transaction. Steve was very helpful,one year later, she loves the bed and it has no sagging or discomfort of any kind. Definitely felt a warm, fuzzy feeling for dropping this kind of cash for a good bed, Simmons Recharge 2014 model.
Went back in last month to buy another one for my younger daughter and have had a very bad experience. This bed sagged within two weeks and you can feel the springs coming through the padding. Of course I bought the warranty and because it failed within 30 days, I thought the exchange would be seamless. I was wrong, we made the complaint and they sent a warranty inspector out on 6/9. Here we are at 6/22 and as of yet, no communication. As of now, my warm, fuzzy feeling? Gone. I'll update as this transaction progresses.
Well they came through on the 6/30 and made good on their return policy. They brought another Simmons Recharge 2015 ($999.00) bed the following week and here we are months out with no problems at all with the mattress. So it must have been a lemon. I have received two follow up calls from them just making sure that there are no new problems. So I'm upgrading my stars to three for improving on their weak beginnings.
