  • Our dog, a Boxer named Mosley, just turned 9 years old, and he is as vibrant, energetic and healthy as dogs half his age. We attribute this to our strong relationship with Dr. Travis Wodiske at Family Vet Care. We tried two other veterinary offices prior to finding Dr. Wodiske. As we concluded our first office visit with Dr. Wodiske, we knew we had found Mosley's lifetime care doctor. Dr. Wodiske is patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable and puts Mosley's health and well-being as priority number one. He never rushes our visits. Instead, he listens intently, asks meaningful questions and gently offers his opinion and recommended course of care or treatment. We come to Mosley's appointment with a list of questions, and we often ask Dr. Wodiske about natural options for Mosley's health. Dr. Wodiske is open to our view point and never tries to push medicine or foods the office sells. Instead, he respects us as Mosley's owners, and after each visit, we leave the office feeling reassured and completely confident that our dog is receive the utmost in care and love. Mosley has had a couple of procedures at Family Vet Care. We know Dr. Wodiske has been conservative with cost where possible, and he always personally calls us to provide a post op update and then calls again the next day to inquire on Mosley's recovery. Luckily, Mosley's growths have been benign, and we are thankful Dr. Wodiske acted swiftly once they growths were identified. We also know that Mosley loves Dr. Wodiske and the feeling is mutual... each time Dr. Wodiske sees Mosley, he gets down to Mosley's level and allows Mosley to give him a few kisses. :) We couldn't be happier with the competency and care we've found with Dr. Wodiske and Family Vet Care.
