  • Terrible customer service. Was waiting outside the clinic to be seen for an appointment. Finally, after being ignored, find that nurse.... She says sorry, you missed you appt, I can't see you. I told her I was there waiting, on time, and she says sorry, I have someone else coming in ten minutes. All I needed was a vaccine. Ridiculous.
