I have been wanting to try this studio for awhile so I was excited to find them available as part of my ClassPass membership. Prior to this I had only taken mat pilates so I was a little nervous as I don't consider myself much of a yogi and I'm not very flexible. I signed up for the Tuesday evening Xtreme Pilates at 6:00. It's a very small studio and per the webside there are only 10 students max per class. The first night I took class there were about four of us total. On my second visit there was only myself and one other person. The class is only 45 minutes but it moves quickly. Between the two classes I have taken so far we did abs, and upper and lower body moves targeting different areas of the body. They are colored cables on the machine to adjust for resistance and hand weights are used for some of the exercises. It gets you sweating. Dwayne was the instructor for both the classes I took, and he was great at checking form and encouraging the class. The studio is spotless. I'm definitely hooked!
