  • This place exceeded my expectations. This review is long and detailed because I feel that the ones I read prior to staying were not fully accurate. I booked via the name your price tool on Priceline for a two-night weekend stay and then upon reading the reviews got really nervous about the noise and comfort here, but none of that turned out to be an issue. When you arrive you basically have to valet from what we could tell bc the parking garage isn't free nor does it let you stay for more than maybe 12 hours or past 4 am so valet per day is $25. BUT the good thing is you have unlimited in and out privileges, which we never used because everything really is right underneath you. When we got to check in (5th floor), the front desk ladies were SO nice - and I don't mean standard hotel nice, I mean drunk girl you meet in the bathroom line nice. They were great and really helpful. My biggest concern was the noise I read about in the reviews (bc I'm a light sleeper) but upon check-in they asked us if we wanted a quiet room or "party" room. Relieved, I opted for a quiet room - basically on the side of the hotel opposite the bars and clubs. The room was clean and really modern - they layout is pretty cool, we didn't feel like it was a hotel room at all. Beds are comfy and pillows are fine. Friday night the noise wasn't an issue. Saturday night we could hear a little more noise of faint music beat and people walking (yelling) below, but honestly falling asleep with the tv on made it a non-issue. The only time it was a little annoying is how well you can hear loud people coming down the hall, but that's just people being inconsiderate, which happens everywhere. Also the AC/heat is almost like a white noise machine when on so that helped too. The hotel also offers a free sleep-kit with a sound machine if that's your deal. On Saturday night we hung at the hotel bar and played checkers and pool, they provide a few games and lots of seating, which is a nice touch. They also have a little grab-n-go food market with snacks and drinks thats perfect for late-night cravings and quick breakfast options. Overall the noise on the quiet side really wasn't a problem, the room and staff were great, and for the price we got, the location was truly unbeatable. Would definitely stay again!
