  • These people don't know what they're doing. They didn't find out that the condo I got approved for wasn't warrantable until a week AFTER my closing date. Which they had over 60 days to close by the way. This is something they should have known 15 days into the process. They also made me pay 500 dollars for an appraisal which I wouldn't have needed to get if they knew what they were doing and they are refusing to refund me, but did offer to pay for my next appraisal on my new place if I stay with them. What a joke. After the hell they put me through why would I stay with them?! So now I have to find a new lender and a new home in 30 days since that's when my lease is up. They royally screwed me and don't care. They keep ignoring my emails so I may just have to call a lawyer and see what my options are. Stay away from these scammers!!!
