  • Whoa. I should just copy/paste Kenneth's review here, as we had the identical experience with our crazy counter lady, except we had a Toyota Yaris and boy, did she push an upgrade. VERY HARD SELL. She made it sound like a Yaris was a 3 cylinder Yugo or something, that we'd be strapping our bags on the roof and pushing it to the canyon. We refused everything, which was very frustrating for her. She must have repeated herself 3 times, "so you'll be driving the car off the lot UNPROTECTED" even after I assured her several times that I had just that minute talked to my car insurance man who told me I absolutely did not need extra coverage. They put the fear of god into you about any nicks or scratches on their cars, which by the way are not new. I, too, have had good experiences with Enterprise and did not realize how lucky I was. Never, ever going to Advantage again. Awful.
