  • was yelping car washes near my loacation and found Oasis. Decided to use that location because they offer online coupons at their website. Got to the location(which was terribly laid out, btw) and the gas station clerk (oddly enough, where you pay for the car wash) informs me that the coupon has to be printed. Wait a minute, I'm on the website via my phone...looking at the page that says coupons, and showing you the actual coupon...and you won't accept it?!! wow... So I deal with it and move on, only to have to wait 45+ minutes for them to finish my car, and when its finished, no one comes to tell me that its ready. I actually had to go ask them if I could leave! And the interior detail job was pretty bad...plenty of areas not vacuumed, mats not lifted to clean under. Overall, I will NEVER go back to this location.
