  • The urgent care system is broken and this place is an example. Since I first came here last year the place has declined considerably. When you first come, expect paperwork. It doesn't matter that you've come before, full insurance and past history required. Why even bother keeping records? The front desk staff has been numbed by countless interactions with the sick and ignorant. You are expected and treated as the lowest common denominator. It's worse than the DMV. Once you are in the system, once they've efficiently processed your copay, then you wait. And wait. And wait... Ive been here 2 hours with about 5 people in front of me. Do yourself a favor and go to a hospital ER instead.
