  • Went in with my girl for lunch and had a HORRIBLE dining experience. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 7 years and it has been awhile since I had such horrible service/food. When we walked in, there was no host/hostess to greet/seat us. After waiting for 2 minutes, we decided to seat ourselves at the sushi bar. The restaurant was not packed but had a decent lunch crowd for a sunday. Numerous servers passed by us and pretty much ignored us. On top of that, there were 4 sushi chefs behind the counter who did not acknowledge us at all. Probably after 5 minutes, the manager came by and asked us if we would like something to drink. It took him probably at least another 5 minutes to grab us our waters. After placing our order with him, it took another 15-20 minutes to get any of the sushi we ordered. Talking from a server perspective, how hard is it to make sushi??? There is no cooking involved! When we finally got our order, I was very disappointed. The quality of the fish is very subpar and the portions are very small for the price. All in all, the restaurant itself is nice and has a nice ambiance, but the customer service quality of the servers and sushi chefs are waaaaayy below average. I would not recommend going here!!
