Nice hotel..I had booked thru an online site which had sent me a receipt that my credit card had been charged . Upon check out I was told even with receipt that my card hadn't been charged and at this point was asked to PROVE IT by going thru my online banking on my phone...at checkout ...was explained that their accounting dept does this all the time(are u kidding me) and that I should just be happy that I got the discounted price. While this was happening another staff member came up interrupted the staff helping me and made her look up another patrons info to further prolong the check out . UNPROFESSIONAL. Wrote an email to Delta Chelsea and received no response....today we are staying at courtyard marriott....wont be back to Chelsea only because of staff experience
