Ramen Sora has become my go to place for Ramen. Yes, I choose Ramen Sora over Monta any day. Why? Well first even when Ramen Sora is busy you only have to wait about 20 minutes give or take a few. This is far better than Monta's wait times. Second, the atmosphere is Ramen Sora is more preferred over Monta's cramped, crowded, and extremely loud atmosphere. While at Ramen Sora I have never felt rushed and have always had friendly servers that kept my water filled and made sure I enjoyed my meal. Lastly, I have never had to play the hide and seek parking game that you have to endure when you go to Monta. Ramen Sora has plenty of parking around the back and even if that becomes full there are spaces available to park on the side street. Now as far as the ramen goes, the broth is a rich and creamy pork broth that is bursting with flavor. I always order the Miso Ramen that comes with slices of pork, bamboo shoots, and a soft boiled egg on top of a bed of noodles. Prices are fantastic here and you can always add extra toppings or supersize your bowl for only a few extra dollars. Also they have Kirin on draft for cheap! a large 24 oz is only $5. Pair your hot bowl of ramen with a large draft for an exceptional dining experience!
