  • I had the most horrific experience of my life at this location. My stylist was Anna. I have very high expectations because I am obsessed with the show say yes to the dress, so when I walked in, I expected a similar experience. That is not what I received. First off, it took 20 minutes for her to finally get me into a room. She had another bride she was working with, so I had to wait for long periods before changing dresses. I didn't like anything I tried, so I left. I got a phone call saying I left my necklace, so 2 weeks later I went back to pick it up. Upon walking in I saw "the dress" and after a few days, I had to try it on. Walking in, I let the woman know I just wanted to quickly try a dress on, after arguing that I couldn't; they were too close to closing, I explained to a manager I simply wanted to put it on for a moment and she said ok. I fell in love and made an appointment for the next day to get my sisters final approval. The dress was a size 10, the day before the lady assumed I was a 6. So when I went back in that day, Anna was helping me again, and she was convinced I was an 8. She had me try on a size 8, it was huge, so she then went to find a 6. She came back with a size 4 and said she would decide my size based on how much a size 4 COULDN'T zip up. I was appalled. Then, guess what? The dress fit. At this point I wanted to try on my dream dress in a size 4. I decided to go to the Sahara location. Wow. What a difference. I was welcomed with such excitement and enthusiasm. I felt like I was on my favorite show. The manager sat down and asked how I met my fiancĂ©, they were so attentive and genuine. She brought out veils, and when I decided I was going to buy the dress, she brought out a bell, said this little rhyme and had me close my eyes and make a wish for my wedding day. Wow. The Sahara location redeemed my experience.
