  • Very pleased with the renting process--I am new to Tempe and needed an apartment quickly. There were two immediate maintenance issues, and they resolved them immediately--one was air conditioning and it was fixed within 2 hours--the other was just a leaky faucet and it was fixed the same day. It seems to be safe and the grounds are adequate. I hope this will be a good fit for me.
