Worst experience ever. No one wanted to help us. They have no signs visible to let you know where you are or where you're headed. I had my hands full holding bottled water and such while my 9 year old nephew attempted to put on his gear for zip lining. I asked an employee for help bc the gear was twisted and she just kept saying over and over, "What did you learn in orientation?" I learned never to come here again. That's what I learned. I'm sure the actual zip lining experience and whatever else they have going on there is fun; unfortunately, we didn't experience any of it, asked for a refund and left. Which is sad, bc my family was in from out of town and all they did was drive an extra hour out of their way to experience nothing but heat, passive aggressive employees, and an hour back.
